Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to H-Vault. For the purpose of the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
  • "Country" refers to INDIA.
  • "Consumer", for the purpose of the CCPA, means a natural person who is a California resident.
  • "Cookies" are small files that are placed on your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
  • "Data Controller", for the purposes of the GDPR, refers to the Company as the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
  • "Device" means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
  • "Do Not Track" (DNT) is a concept that has been promoted by US regulatory authorities, in particular the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), for the Internet industry to develop and implement a mechanism for allowing internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites.
  • "Personal Data" is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • "Sale", for the purpose of the CCPA, means selling, renting... a Consumer's personal information to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
  • "Service" refers to the Application.
  • "Service Provider" means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
  • "Usage Data" refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
  • "Application" refers to Healthcare Club, accessible from Google Play Store.
  • "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Business Transactions

Actions Against Misuse or Illegal Activities: We reserve the right to take appropriate actions against any requestor if we become aware of any illegal activities or misuse of information provided through our platform.

Sharing of Location and Contact Information with Requestor: By expressing interest in a blood donation request through our platform, you agree to our disclaimer and consent to the sharing of your distance location and mobile phone number with the requestor.

Exercising of your GDPR Data Protection Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting us. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. If you make a request, We will try our best to respond to you as soon as possible.

CCPA Privacy Policy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 16 through our Service, although certain third-party websites that we link to may do so... We do not sell the personal information of consumers we actually know are less than 16 years of age unless we receive affirmative authorization.

Your mobile device may give you the ability to opt out of the use of information about the apps you use to serve you ads targeted to your interests:

  • On Android devices, you can select "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization."
  • On iOS devices, you can enable "Limit Ad Tracking."

"Do Not Track" Policy as Required by California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

Our App does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, please note that some third-party websites may track your browsing activities. If you visit such websites, you can set your preferences in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
